Little Chef takes it on the road!



In the video, we forgot to mention that you need to butter that foil so the banana doesn't stick. The butter also helps to tell you when they've cooked long enough. When you hear the sizzle, it's almost time to take them off the heat. Another good idea is to sprinkle chopped nuts on the bananas before you fold it up. Hazelnuts would be the best, but any nut would be delicious.

Also, we want to thank our friend Cari for inspiring this recipe. The night before Chef E and KK Chef got married at Camp Namanu, Cari made us all roasted bananas with peanut butter and chocolate. Those were delicious too!
